Gavin graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Health Services Administration from James Madison University, and holds an M.B.A. in Health Administration from University of Colorado-Denver. Prior to joining Boulder Center for TMS, Gavin worked in quality improvement roles with nationally recognized health systems, such as The Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS) and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).
